HOUSE RULES
We take it as a responsibility to keep a good ecological footprint on our farm. Tap water comes from our own spring, 60m. under the ground and is well to drink, organic waste is composted and put on our fields again, electricity is generated with solar panels on the roof and the main heating system works with wood.
Your generated waste during this stay is evacuated for free. For this, we ask you to recycle and sort your waste a maximum. 6 containers are at your disposal in the kitchen for your help. The recycling center is on the other side of the street, in the main farm building.
We thank you also to do the things that are asked before you leave/check-out. The guesthouse is a fair price holiday appartment and not a all service included hotel.

- Respect the TO DO’S before you check-out
- No smoking inside the guesthouse. An ashtray is outside at your disposal (dont put cigarette butts in ashbox of the oven on the terrasse)
- Sort of waiste is mandatory, use the different bins at the kitchen
- Inform immediatly if something is broken
- Couch blanket obligatory if dog stays in the guesthouse
- Forbiden to use the couch as a bed for the night, take a nap during the day ok
- Strong electricity machines are prohibed during your stay. Laptops or charge ebike is ok for example.
- Towels at your disposal in the bathroom. Please respect a normal use during your stay, fresh towels and bed sheets can be provided for stays longer than 14 days. A bigger washing machine and dryer is at your disposal if you want to clean your sets before these 14 days.
- Let the keys on the door
- Empty your waste and the bins and empty them at our recycling center
- Take with you any food products (empty the fridge), take your bathroom products and personal products you braught with you
- Clean the objects you used in the kitchen and put them back at their place
- Take away the used bedding and used towels and put them all together on the floor in the Guesthouse.
- Shut off all lights

It is best for us to know your arrival time. 4pm is the minimum check-in time.
Send us a gsm text, a email or call us on 0041 79 550 19 48 as soon as you know what time you will arrive, even when you are on the road to us.
We’re not a hotel with a non stop reception but work around our farm all day with our horses. As we like take time for you when you arrive, it helps us to be at your service when you arrive.
When you arrived on our farm, search the street lamp, here is the Guesthouse.
Park your car on the gravel where the sign P GUESTHOUSE is, there will be always a free parking space at this place for you during your stay. If you have 2 cars, please park one behind the other.
The entry of the guesthouse is on the left at the steel stairs, at the first floor. See red arrow on the picture.
The door is open and the keys are on the white little guys after you entered on the right or will be on the door inside.
You can self check-in by yourself if you want, starting from 4pm, the door is open and keys are inside. But we ask you to inform us when you arrive in the guesthouse. We insist when you have a minute, we can meet so we can explain you some things in the appartment.
With pleasure we welcome you personaly from 4 to 8pm. After your parked, just ak for Florian if you see someone or call 0041 79 550 19 48. You can also find him at the main big farm, just nock on the door at the stone stairs
Check-out time is maximum 11am. Please announce when you leave and don’t forget to do the things asked in our house rules:

ROAD TO THE GUESTHOUSE

We recommande to rent a car with GPS or take a navigation system to come to our guesthouse. Our farm is a bit lost in the nature.
In any case, you will find our guesthouse if you go the following street:
Highway A1 exit “Estavayer-le-Lac” (if you come from Bern or Zurich, go left at the roundabout). Follow the following signs/villages: “Montet”, “Bollion”, “Murist”, “Fermes de la Molière”, “Guesthouse la Molière”. Call 0041 79 550 19 48 if lost, we will help you. After the highway exit, count 15min. to arrive at the guesthouse.
STANDARD INFORMATIONS
- Clean bed sheets and fresh towels are included in the room. For stays longer than 14 days, a fresh set can be asked. For shorter stays, a bigger size washing machine and dryer are at your disposal at the big farm (but only for towels and bed elements)
- Cleaning of the room is included in the room but we ask to clean what you used in the kitchen before you leave
- There is no breakfast included with your reservation. A complete functional and equipped kitchen is at your disposal in the house
- Trash can be put for free in our central station.
- Wood can be asked for the grill but not garantied at any moment.

Your generated waste during this stay is evacuated for free. For this, we ask you to recycle and sort your waste a maximum. 6 containers are at your disposal in the kitchen for your help. The recycling center is on the other side of the street, in the main farm building. Plastics are not recycled, only bottles, so please put other plastics in the black bag. Compost has a special place outside to put it.
We ask you before the check-out, to do the following duties:
- Empty the containers at our recycling center
- Clean the objects you used in the kitchen
- Take away the bedding and used towels and put them all together on the floor in the Guesthouse

THE HEATING OF THE GUESTHOUSE WORKS WITH A WOOD PELLET OVEN IN THE LIVING ROOM AND WORKS FULLY AUTOMATCLY. YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE AND WE CONTROL IT AT DISTANCE. THE ROOF VENTILATOR STAYS ALWAYS ON TO MIX THE AIR AND BRING THE HEAT DOWN.
THE BEDROOMS AND THE BATHROOM DON’T HAVE HEATERS IN THE ROOM. LET THE DOORS OF THESE ROOMS OPEN A MAXIMUM. IF YOU LET THE DOORS CLOSED DURING WINTER, TEMPERATURE CAN FALL DOWN TO 15-16 DEGREES. IF YOU LET THEM OPEN, THE TEMPERATURE SHOULD STAY AT 19-20 DEGRES, WHAT IS OUR TARGET.
WE HAVE INSTALLED THIS MACHINE IN OCTOBER 2024 AND WE ARE IN A SETTINGS TEST PHASE. A NEW AIR SYSTEM IS IN PROJET TO BETTER HEAT THESE ROOMS EVEN IF DOORS ARE CLOSED, BUT WE ARE NOT READY FOR THE MOMENT, WE APPOLOGISE FOR THAT. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING TO LET THE DOORS OPEN A MAXIMUM.
WE STAY AT YOUR DISPOSAL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS
A bed for a baby is at your disposal for free in the closet of the big room. It has to be prepared by yourself. There are no bed sheets and no blankets but a good quality mattress for the bed, so please take the rest with you. 2 high seets for the table are also at your disposal in the room under the terrasse.
Your dog is warmly welcome. But we ask CHF 40.-/stay for 1 animal and CHF 60.-/stay for more multiple animals in the house.
Please read the following informations about our “dog rules”:
- we will prepare a dog bed, water and food bowl.
- Dogs must be attached outside the guesthouse and on the farm (we also have dogs and cats on the farm). When you go for a walk with your dog, you can of course let him go after a while away.
- Take with you his poo as soon as possible
- in the guesthouse, please put the adapted blanket on the sofa
- there are special green colored covers for the outdoor stairs. If they are not put when you arrive, you will find them in the room under the terrasse.
We’re used to take care of horses.
Our Bed&Box offer will make you live unique moments with your horse on our farm. Thanks to inform us if you have special wishes like feeding your horse yourself for example. We feed all the horses around 7am and at 5pm and will put your horse on the meadow at the same time like the others (depending on the season), if you don’t advice differently.
One simple price: CHF 30.-/night/horse, all installations included. For private use and reservation of our installations, please contact us.
LIFE IN THE GUESTHOUSE
We ask you to sort your waste with the different bins at the kitchen. We have a recycling center at the main farm and it is asked to empty the bins in the guesthouse before you leave.
Try to sort your waste the best possible like written, organic waste goes on the manure pill without bag and meat and bones pieces (egg shells ok)
We ask you to clean what you used in the kitchen before you check-out.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooking heaters, micro-wave, small oven, nespresso machine. Welcome tea and nespresso caps are offered for the beginning. You ask us directly for Nespresso caps for CHF 1.-/cap.
Recycling: we separate our garbage in our country. Please use the 6 compartments to separate the best you can. Thanks for your participation to make a cleaner planet.
In the wardrobe just at your right when your enter, you will find clean towels, toilette paper, hair dryer.
A washing machine is at your disposal for free. You will find on this link, the manuel for use. In the room under the terrasse, you can take the drying rack to dry your stuff.
A modern SMART TV is at your disposal.

- Open the App Zattoo to find more than 300 channels
- Don’t change the language of the TV
- You can share your Smartphon or tablet directly on this TV
- We don’t have any licence for Netflix or paid programs.
There is free wifi, but not with very high speed.

Under the outdoor stairs, is a half sphere metal grill. It is at your disposal with tools. Wood can be asked but not garantied at any moment. We ask you to clean the grill and pout the ashes in the compost place.
Please respect the following security information, against fire problems:
- use the grill only in the garden, on the round concrete plate in the gras.
- don’t put the grill on the terrasse or too near the house (minimum 3-4 Meters away)
- when it’s windy, put the round grill protection on the grill
The roof windows (velux) can be opened with the long stick near the stove. You have to pull the bar on the window against you. There are 2 positions:
- lightly pulled = airaing. Good to push when it’s too warm inside.
- 2nd stronger pull = to open the windows
The roof windows on the bed at the 1st floor has a electric shader. There is a button near the windows to open and close it. ATTENTION, don’t open the window when the shader is put. In winter, it can be to warm in the room at the first floor, just open the roof windows 5 minutes and the heat goes fast away.
